As a designer, I specialize in gathering and uncovering user needs through qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights that inform the design process. My skillset is a hybrid of both user research and UX/UI design with an emphasis on inclusive design and accessibility. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that insights/outcomes are innovative and user-centric.
My unique background and approach have allowed me to explore and span multiple industries including retail, public sector, financial services, health, non-profit, oil and gas.
Outside of my 9-5, I create art for PhilosoDesignCo. as well as enjoy new cuisines and coffee spots.
